**Female Disability Support Workers Needed in the Melton Area.**

We are seeking a FEMALE support worker with experience in mental health, patience, and understanding, as well as at least 1 year of experience in disability sector. Must have clear communication skills and be able to establish a strong rapport with participants.

Empowering Options is a Disability Service Provider and NDIS registered provider in Victoria. We are committed to employing individuals dedicated to providing quality, sustainable, and flexible services that uphold human rights and create opportunities, empowering individuals to live the life they choose.

We are currently seeking Female Disability Support Workers in the Melton area and surrounding suburbs for the following shifts:

- Wednesday: 11am - 6pm
- Friday: 6pm - 10pm
- Respite Required once a month for the weekend.
- Weekend supports also required.

Key Responsibilities:
**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following mandatory requirements:

- Hold a Certificate or currently studying IV/III in Disability, or in Ageing Support, or have a level of understanding towards caring for people with disabilities.
- Possess a current Certificate for First Aid and CPR.
- Have a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Demonstrate a reliable, responsible attitude towards work and able to commit to regular hours.
- Hold a current driver’s license and have access to a vehicle with comprehensive insurance for work purposes.
- Be willing to complete both the NDIS Orientation Module (free of charge) and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Provide evidence of eligibility to work within Australia.
- Obtain and/or be willing to obtain an Australian police check.

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
