RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the promotion and safe and effective use of products through regular theatre attendance, customer education meetings, and training sessions.
- Partner with Sales Specialists to identify business opportunities across the portfolio in key focus accounts.
- Provide in-service to hospital staff as required to develop hospital independence.
- Understand technical information pertinent to the procedure and product platform.
- Maintain up to date market and industry knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support a business plan.
- Timely completion of business reporting and administration as required.
- Providing logístical support by managing seamless delivery of kits, following up with missing equipment, and assisting in the booking process.
- Being the Key Account Manager while developing customer relations.
**Qualifications**:
ABOUT YOU
- A degree or qualification in a health-related field with knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Ideally experience in a clinical environment.
- A desire to move into sales and progress into a Product Specialist role.
- Experience in orthopedics, particularly trauma/spine, is an advantage.
- An aptitude for understanding technical devices and technology.
- The ability to impart technical information, therefore good communication skills, is a must.
- A creative and innovative approach with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a team environment but also be extremely self-motivated when working alone.
- Full & clean driving license.
