**About Us**

Coffers Café is a vibrant, customer focused café known for great coffee, fresh seasonal food, and friendly service. We pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming space for tenants of the Treasury Building and surrounding area to come and enjoy great products and friendly service

**The Role**

We’re on the hunt for a passionate, energetic, and reliable barista to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident working in all areas of the cafe, with a particular focus on high quality, specialty coffee.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting customers and providing warm, professional service
- Taking orders, operating the POS system, and handling payments
- Ensuring the highest standard of coffees and barista made beverages
- Help lead other staff in our coffee making process and ensure procedures are upheld
- Running food and clearing tables
- Resetting tables, keeping the café clean and tidy
- Restocking and general cleaning duties
- Upholding Coffers’ standards for service, quality, and presentation

**About You**
- Previous café or hospitality experience, particularly in high volume coffee cafes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive attitude and ability to multitask
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
- Available to work across weekdays

Pay: $31.19 per hour
