**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organise and oversee the daily operations of the cafe to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with baristas and kitchen staff to plan seasonal menu offerings that reflect customer preferences.
- Manage budgets, monitor financial transactions, and maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Recruit, train, and manage cafe staff to uphold high service standards.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance overall satisfaction and foster a loyal customer base.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**:Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within a coffee or cafe environment. At least one year of experience as a full-time in the coffee service industry, with knowledge of latte art and serving a variety of coffee styles. Strong knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and proficiency with coffee machines and coffee grinder.
- **Skills**:Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- **Language Proficiency**: Must demonstrate proficiency in English, with an IELTS score of at least 6.5 overall preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
