**About the role**

The Accounts/Payroll team consists of 10 friendly, dedicated, enthusiastic and supportive people who work together to deliver successful outcomes. Amongst other things, the team manages the payroll of 9 entities across various Awards and EBAs with operations in most states of Australia. We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our busy team.

**Primary Duties
- Processing numerous payrolls under multiple awards and agreements across all states in Australia;
- Assist with payroll end of month processes including lodging super, payroll tax and running payroll reports;
- Checking payrolls for accuracy and compliance;
- Assisting in the Interpretation of Awards and answering complex payroll questions;

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in end to end payroll processing;
- Knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory requirements including super, payroll tax and modern awards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills;
- Sound Microsoft Excel skills;
- Strong time management with the ability to work to deadlines;
- High level of self-management and self-organizational skills;
