We have a multidisciplinary allied health therapy team that supports private and NDIS clients of all ages and needs.

We are looking for a Full-time or Part-time Receptionist to join our team, with rostered hours between Tuesday and Saturday.

We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic, friendly, and keen to learn Our ideal applicant has had experience working in a similar role, however, this role may also suit someone with a background in customer service looking to transition into a reception role. As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will provide exceptional customer service and help to make each and every client feel at home.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Making and receiving phone calls
- Scheduling of clients using our practice management software (Cliniko)
- Greeting clients
- Taking payments/invoicing
- Data entry
- Running errands
- Sorting and sending mail
- Filing
- Supporting therapists with admin tasks
- Medicare rebates
- Invoicing
- Liaising with external organisations e.g. (clients, suppliers, health professionals, health funds etc.)
- Printing and scanning
- General office duties

Skills and Experience:

- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in a similar role or a customer service role
- Medical/healthcare experience preferred but not essential
- Knowledge and experience working for an NDIS provider ideal but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Experience using Cliniko or another practice software ideal
- Highly organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional multitasker
- Courteous
