Your Role:
As a Customer Service Officer, your role plays a crucial part in building & maintaining relationships with all of our customers. As the initial point of contact, you will ensure all product and order queries are processed accurately and efficiently. Your great personality will compliment this friendly team perfectly.

Your duties will include but aren't limited to:
Preparing orders and customer sales invoices

Banking, credits and returns

Allocating and prioritizing work queue for warehouse pick/pack teams

Inventory stocktakes where required

About You:
Along with great customer service you will have experience in similar administrative positions, with a keen desire to grow within the company. This would be your chance for an entry into a thriving logistics career.

You will need to show you're capable of or are willing to learn the following:
Background in agricultural or rural industries (not essential)

Understanding of supply chain, logistics and warehousing operations

Proficient with computers and inventory management software

And of course great customer service
