Are you an experienced Principal Warfare Officer looking for a new opportunity to utilise your military exercise planning experience? We currently have a full-time requirement in Canberra for an experienced PWO. You will be working directly with the ADF as the Lead Planner for maritime warfare exercises.

**The Maritime Warfare Planner must have extensive knowledge and sound understanding of, and/or deliver**:

- Maritime operations including air, surface and sub-surface warfare
- Planned capabilities and limitations associated with the Maritime Task Groups and Surface Action Groups
- Maritime Air Warfare
- Maritime Strike and Naval Gunfire Support, and
- Naval Electronic Warfare and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance capabilities.
- US and Allied forces Maritime Operations and planning processes.

**The Maritime Warfare Planner will take lead in provision of Maritime planning to**:

- Provide assistance and advice to the Lead Planner in Maritime Ops for exercise design, preparation and delivery through all planning phases.
- Coordinate planning teams of varying sizes to ensure Exercise and Training Objectives can be achieved.
- Coordinate the Amphibious Operations Subject Matter Expert (AMPHIB SME) to ensure integration of amphibious operations within exercises.
- Ensure Maritime Warfare inclusions within the scenario are realistic and relevant to Exercise and Training Objectives.

**Skills & Experience required**:

- 10 years industry experience in similar roles
- Firm understanding of military exercise planning
- Excellent communications skills
- Meet ITAR compliancy
