Disability Support Worker

Monarch Community Health Service, is looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who would like to join us and help make a difference to the lives of people with a disability. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. You will be working with clients who may have physical disabilities, mental health conditions. Your role will be to help our clients maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. We are looking for Support Workers who are highly available, with a flexible schedule that allows for shifts on weekends and public holidays.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: From $38.08 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Penalty rates
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cranbourne, VIC 3977: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
