**High Intensity Carer - Support a High-Acuity Client in Their Home**

At Vitalis Health & Home Care, we’re seeking passionate and skilled carers to join our team and provide exceptional care for a client with complex medical needs. This role is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life while building a fulfilling career.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Providing tracheostomy care and ventilator management, ensuring the client’s safety and comfort.
- Supervising and supporting the client during active night shifts (10 pm - 6 am, Sunday to Friday).
- Assisting with transportation during day shifts (7 am - 3 pm on Wednesdays).
- Offering compassionate, person-centered care that supports the client’s independence and well-being.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Clinical Expertise**:
Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is highly desirable.
Confidence in managing complex medical needs in a home environment.
**Professionalism and Reliability**:A dedicated carer who takes pride in delivering high-quality support.
**Driving Capability**:
A valid driver’s license and the ability to transport the client during day shifts.
**Empathy and Connection**:
Someone who builds meaningful relationships and approaches care with understanding and respect.
