We are seeking an Instructional Designer to join our team and help us drive innovation and elevate our learning and development initiatives to new heights.

**What you can expect in the role**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and learning needs
- Develop and implement an instructional design strategy aligned with organisational objectives.
- Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and multimedia content.
- Tailor learning solutions to different learning styles and audience needs.
- Stay informed about the latest instructional design trends and technologies.
- Integrate innovative tools to enhance the learning experience and keep our training programs current.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of learning materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
- Implement feedback looks and improvement processes for continuous enhancement of learning solutions.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

**You’ll enjoy this role if you have**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education or related field.
- Experience in instructional design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful development of diverse learning solutions.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, multimedia production and learning management systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
