People and Culture Business Partner

**Job Description**:
An excellent opportunity is available for a People and Culture (P&C) Business Partner to join the People and Culture department at Australia’s pre-eminent biomedical research institute.

About the position

Reporting to the People and Culture Operations Manager, this is a true business partnering opportunity and its main purpose is to provide advice, coaching and service delivery to managers regarding people management matters. As part of the role, the P&C Business Partner will also be expected to develop and maintain strong partnerships with managers and team members within client groups to identify and respond to trends, people/performance issues and emerging business needs.

This position is best suited for an experienced advisor looking to take their next step and build their career to a HRBP.

Terms of appointment

This position is a parental leave cover and is is available for 12 months in a full-time capacity. Salary is PSE Level 7 ($94,222-$101,996). Up to 17% superannuation and very attractive salary packaging options are available.
