Within Western Australia our Mining & Resources Division delivers engineering and construction projects for our key Tier 1 iron ore producing clients, which enables them to sustain and expand their mining operations throughout the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. As a trusted partner to the WA resource sector, Calibre is integrated in our Client’s Major Projects which enables up to go above and beyond and succeed together with our clients.

**The Role**:

- Manage the Project's Quality Management Plan and revise where required to suit the Project requirements
- Implementing formal standards & regulatory codes appropriate to the project’s needs
- Ensuring that quality performance indicators are identified & reported to the project team
- liaison with third party certification bodies to ensure audits & corrective actions are implemented
- Identifying & implementing appropriate quality tools to monitor & improve project performance
- Ensuring the implementation of training related to quality assurance & project improvement initiatives

**Thrive with us We hope you'll bring**:

- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications, audit certifications are beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain QA/QC processes
- 5+ years experience, ideally within an EPCM or mining environment
- Experience with designing project quality management plans
- Knowledge of business improvement and continuous improvement methodologies
