Technician - Furniture Repairs

Our client offers tailored services for high-end furniture to their customers, this role would see you providing exceptional customer experience through addressing general enquiries, issues, warranty checks and assessing of / providing repairs.
Our client is growing nationally, and are seeking a permanent **Furniture Technician / Handyman **to join their great team in **Malaga.**
**Key responsibilities;**
- Attending homes and business sites to assess & provide repairs (Full training provided for successful applicants)
- Troubleshoot and solves customers inquiries
- In-warehouse repairs when not on the road
- General warehouse duties
- Attend scheduled meetings on time
**Skills;**
- Upholstery experience _highly regarded_
- Previous face to face customer service experience
- Previous (retail/repairs) experience in furniture setting is well-regarded
- Experience of resolving customer complaint and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
- Self motivated
- Able to work autonomously
