**- Concession assets**: Promotion and construction of concession assets such as renewable infrastructures and transmission lines.

We are currently seeking an **Asset Manager** to join our team.

**Day to day, the role will involve**:

- Provide front line asset management leadership to the Asset Management team;
- Responsible for development, implementation, management and continuous improvement ofthe Asset Management Framework;
- Ensure the Asset Management team works effectively and efficiently in the achievement ofmanagement performance metrics;
- Ensure Operational Readiness milestones relating to Asset Management are achieved;
- Contribute to detailed design development and review process, thereby ensuring that designoptimises for ‘whole of life’ considerations and M&L’s specific requirements;
- Support the General Manager with the commercial/contractual engagement of businesspartners supporting the Asset Management activities;
- Manage reporting, service delivery and auditing of commercial Asset Management contracts;
- Contribute to achievement of the Availability, Reliability, Outage Management and KPIobligations of the Network Operator Performance Regime (NOPR);
- Ensure the Asset Management team operates in compliance with the relevant regulatoryframework, Australian Standards and good industry practice;
- Achieve targeted financial performance objectives for the Asset Management function;
- Responsible for asset management reporting and data analytics for the M&L function.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- Electrical Engineering Qualifications;
- 10 plus years in similar roles in the industry;
- 15 plus years in management of high voltage transmission lines and substations assets (up to500 kV);
- 15 plus years in integration of high voltage transmission assets with renewable energygenerators;
- Proven experience in working with a unionised workforce;
- Experience in remote asset condition monitoring;
- Flexible and resourceful with high levels of initiative;
- Ability to be both strategic and hands-on;
- The ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

This position is key in the development of framework and future maintenance of the assets of thehigh voltage transmission system of the Central West Orana Renewable Zone and requires skillsand experience with assets of this specific technical area.

**Salary**: $180,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
