Furthermore, no two days are the same, so you'll need to be comfortable with change and dynamic enough to deal with any challenge.

To meet the demands of this challenging role you will have proven experience of at least 3+ years in retail leadership, preferably in the petroleum industry.

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with store management experience to progress their career within an ever-growing company.

You will be responsible for:

- Driving site sales, expenses, profitability, and meeting KPIs.
- Adherence to strict store level accounting processes.
- Contributing to all aspects of site operations, including, and not limited to, serving customers, merchandising and stock management, promotions and maintaining store standards.
- Motivating, training, and developing site staff.
- Ordering and maintaining balanced stock levels.
- Managing staff planning and rostering.

- retail: 3 years (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
