Are you a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with a passion for numbers and financial management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Bookkeeper at Daiwa Food. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide administrative support, such as filing documents and organizing financial records.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Japanese, and/or Chinese languages (preferred).
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
