Over 30 years we have developed our HaemaFrac process which enables countries to turn human plasma they collected into life saving hyperimmune products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
To provide coordination and administration of the implementation, operation, and user support for Aegros Business Information Systems, including the preparation and publication for reports, dashboards and queries required by the business.
- Timely and successful coordination of Business Software implementation projects within timeframe and budget
- Making recommendations for setup and operating parameters to optimise the operation of Aegros’ Business Information Systems
- Ensuring the installation, configuration, upgrading and maintenance of allocated IT infrastructure for Business Information in timely manner and within budget
- Contribute to the selection and cost-effective management of relevant IT external partners including support, software, and hardware providers
- Ensuring that all IT systems operate at optimum service levels as determined by the Senior IT Manager
- Coordinating with external support providers to develop and manage the company’s Business Information Systems and acting as local administrator
- Developing user guides and training materials and coordinating adequate staff training in consultation with HR
- Providing user support for Business Information Systems
- Assisting with the planning, implementation & testing of disaster recovery systems including data and hardware backup system to prevent any data loss and IT down time
- Contribute to maximisation of stewardship, utility, and life of IT assets & infrastructure
- The timely preparation and publication of accurate, useful reports, queries, and dashboard from Aegros’ Business Information Systems, including the design, assembly, and production of reports from database systems based on user needs and approved requests
- Assist the Senior IT Manager as requested
- Other related tasks as requested
**Requirements**:
- Associate degree in Computer Science/IT- related area or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in a similar position or high-level support functions.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Business Information systems such as ERP systems (SYSPRO) and Quality and Document Control Software(Master Control)
- Proven experience in coordinating software implementation projects
- Strong working knowledge of Business Information query and analysis systems and report writing
- Up to date knowledge of general IT systems and current development
- Ideally, advance report writing skills with Crystal Reports, Power Bi, SQL Server scripting or similar tools
- Preferred experience in a Pharmaceutical/Aerospace/High-Tech environment
