**About the role**

The Project Change Lead - Transformation Initiative (iVolve) is responsible for creating and implementing the project change plan and related activities to support successful project delivery and benefits realisation. The role is responsible for completing change related assessments to inform the plan as well as actions to mitigate, reduce and eliminate relevant risks. The Change Lead will also undertake reviews and provide inputs to project and program reports.

The Change Lead will support the Change Manager through advocacy and coaching to build change competency and capability throughout the project change community. This role will also oversee the project training and communications plans as a part of the overall change plan; and provide leadership and direction to their direct reports.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead and manage the Project Communications Lead and Training Lead, and support delivery of activities
- Provide leadership to change agents to influence successful change to any future ways of working.

- Relevant professional qualification and/or demonstrated substantial equivalent experience in leading change initiatives is mandatory.

This is a 12-month fixed term appointment at Level 7 with a salary package commencing at $106,835 plus superannuation of up to 12.25%.
