**About the role**:

- Reporting to the Community Manager, this is a permanent full-time position working Monday-Friday 8-4pm
- You will attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others
- Liaise directly with your manager to ensure projects undertaken are safe, timely and completed to a high standard
- Oversee maintenance work undertaken by Contractors within the community
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks around the community as per schedules
- Be a friendly face to the residents and work alongside a fantastic team
- Please note - this is not a gardening role. We've got that covered

**About you**:

- Experience in building, plumbing or electrical maintenance roles (highly desired)
- Experience in low to medium-rise building maintenance, such as body corporate maintenance (desired, but not essential)
- Current Police Check certificate (required, but we can complete for you)
- Valid driver's licence (required)
- Current COVID Vaccinations (minimum two)
