**Join Our Team as a Part-Time Property Manager**

We are expanding and seeking a dynamic, experienced Property Manager to join our passionate team. As a Property Manager at Unipark, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of our properties, from maintenance to tenant relations. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Working Hour**:9am-3pm, Monday to Friday except public holiday
- **Overseeing a Diverse Property Portfolio**: Responsible for the management of a diverse property portfolio, including 60+ properties located within Inner Brisbane, encompassing over 180 rooms under general or rooming accommodation term contracts.
- **Tenant and landlords Liaison**: Engage with tenants and landlords effectively, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance when necessary.
- **Routines and Entry & Exits**: Support in conducting property routines and efficiently manage entry and exit processes.
- **Support to a Property Manager**: You will play a crucial role in supporting a Property Manager and will have the opportunity to progress toward managing your portfolio. Responsibilities include daily banking, liaising with tradesman for property maintenance, and lease management, including notices for lease renewals or terminations.

- **2+ Years of Property Management Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in Property Management.
- **QLD Certificate of Registration**: Hold a valid Queensland Certificate of Registration.
- **Strong Legislation Knowledge**: Possess in-depth knowledge of relevant property legislation.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exhibit a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
- **Organizational Skills**: Display strong organizational abilities.
- **Outstanding Telephone Manner & Time Management**: Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette and time management skills.
- **Valid Driver's License**: Hold a valid driver's license.
- **Exceptional Time Management & Organization**: Excel in time management and organizational skills.
