We are looking for a Studio Receptionist and Coordinator to join our team and help us manage our projects and front desk operations. You'll feel part of the family right from the start **ABOUT THE ROLE**: The Studio Receptionist and Coordinator will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of our studio, coordinating the daily schedule, and supporting the photography and production teams in their activities. **RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**: - Greet and welcome clients to the studio, provide coffee service - Ensure cleanliness and ambience of the studio is maintained consistently throughout the day - Schedule follow up sessions with clients - Manage the flow of clientele across the various spaces within the studio to ensure smooth transitions between welcome, waiting, in-session and farewell. - Communicate with team members to provide updates on client status and arrivals. - Ensure studio inventory of equipment and supplies are maintained at correct levels - Accepting deliveries, booking couriers, and other general administrative tasks - Assisting photographers and production team wherever required **REQUIREMENTS**: - Polished customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal - Very well presented - you will be the ‘face’ of our company - Warm, welcoming and professional manner - Strong organisational and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively - Proficient with IT **PREFERRED**: - Background in high-level FOH hospitality, for e.g. fine dining, hotels. - Reception, EA/PA, admin, or front desk experience - Barista skills In addition to being a detailed person, you must follow systems and processes and also actively participate in creating and improving them. **Why Join our Dream Team**: - One-of-a-kind, supportive team culture.
