The role Reporting to the Director of Midwifery, you will undertake research, environmental scanning and analysis to identify and advise on future strategic policy challenges, opportunities, priorities and issues including intradepartmental and interdepartmental policy priorities in addition to providing high level, timely advice on health policy, legislation and related issues to the Senior Officers.
The successful personYou will have demonstrated ability to lead projects including superior analytic and problem solving skills, with the proven ability to analyse and integrate information from many sources and lead the completion of complex and sensitive projects along with high level knowledge of health priority areas especially maternity and early years; the health needs of key population groups; and key health system issues.
