**About this role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated **Business Administrator **to join our vibrant and enthusiastic group based in **Perth**. The role requires a broad skill base, a high degree of technical capability, problem solving capability, flexibility, and professionalism. It also requires strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

**What will I do?**
- Ensure effective support to the leadership by providing confidential assistance, including planning, organisation and coordination of tasks and functions performed by the Leaders;
- Providing administrative and commercial support in collaboration with the other Business Administrators;
- Responsible for training others on processes and ensuring that deadlines are met;
- Manage your own workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while assisting the team; and
- Provide high level financial support including invoicing and reporting on major projects in support of commercial managers.

**What will I bring?**
- Relevant industry experience in a technical and/or professional services organisation as a Business Administrator or similar;
- Experience with a financial management system and familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous;
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills;
- Strong organisational skills and comfortable in a leading role in tasks and activities; and
- Fantastic interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
