The Opportunity:

- We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and engaging coordinator to lead our team and take our program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
- Execute on the planning cycle to deliver best in class program experiences that are exciting and tailored to support child outcomes.
- Be the face of TheirCare in your school community. Create a positive relationship with the school community.
- Support and guide your team of educators to support the service and community.
- Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.

What you need to succeed
- Previous experience in the childcare industry is ideal but not essential.
- Have a passion for working with children and having fun while you work.
- Working towards or willing to enrol in an approved Diploma Level qualification.
- Completed a Diploma level qualification.
