***In this Team Member role,**you will be joining the **Invoice Finance Operations** team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Facilitate Invoice Finance transactions relevant to customer requirements, reviewing and monitoring all relevant information
- Balancing/reconciling customers End of Month ledger to Bank records
- Inbound and Outbound calls to our customers, responding to queries
- Assist in delivering customer and process improvement initiatives

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Knowledge of product is advantageous i.e. cash flow solution (Invoice Finance)
- Able to work on gazetted public holidays to support interstate clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
