**Summary**:
As part of our Operations Team, the Team Leader is a 'hands on' position expected to spend a significant portion of time in our warehouse operational areas, carrying out warehousing activities that support the SOPs and procedures of the organisation.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Operations Supervisor in the day to day management of the receiving and despatch of parts
- Efficiently supervise and participate in the receiving, put away, storage and picking of part in line with SOPs
- Work closely with QC to ensure adequate parts protection is in place across each touchpoint
- Maintain consumables for warehouse, dismantling and parts repairers including - packaging, cages, blankets, tape, foam, bubble wrap etc
- Participate in the ACM Auto Parts Performance Development and Review process.
- Lead and promote a safe culture in all operations
