**_C&K Calamvale Community College Kindergarten _**opened in January 2011. We are a single unit kindergarten catering to 72 children. Community spirit is important to us at _C&K Calamvale Community College Kindergarten_. We foster our strong ties to the local community by encouraging parent involvement in the daily operations of the kindergarten.
You will be working on a **permanent part-time basis for our Extended Kindy Program for up to 22 hours a week**. We are looking for an educator who can be flexible, and work shifts between **1.50 pm to 6.15 pm Monday to Friday**.
We invite you to join our C&K Calamvale Community College Kindergarten team as an **Educator**. As a qualified Assistant, you will be responsible for implementing a quality care and education program in co-operation with the group leader.

You will need to hold, or be willing to enrol and work towards
- **Assistant Educators**: Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one
If you are studying or hold a Bachelors in Education you will also be eligible for our Educator roles.
All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which includes a police check. Also, all C&K employees will need to have obtained their 1st and 2nd vaccinations for COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
