**About the Role**

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a bustling café environment? As a **permanent full-time Café Team Leader** at our land-based “Departure Lounge” Café, you'll be at the heart of creating exceptional experiences for our passengers. Your mission: to deliver first-class customer service and ensure every visit is memorable.

You'll be a key player in our team, taking charge of efficient operations, safety, and compliance. Your role will encompass all operational and administrative functions, making sure everything runs smoothly.

**What We're Looking For**

We're seeking an **experienced Café Team Leader** who brings energy, commitment, and initiative to the table. You'll need to be a team player with excellent time management skills, capable of multi-tasking and self-motivation. Flexibility is crucial, as you'll be working across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

**About You**
- At least 2 years in hands-on food and beverage roles, with Team Leader responsibilities.
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively with your team.
- Exceptional skills in delivering top-notch service.
- Assist in preparing and presenting delicious food.
- Great coffee-making abilities.
- A passion for leading, mentoring, and training others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Achievement-oriented and driven by results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively.

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**
- Responsible Service of Alcohol: Essential
- Food Safety Certificate: Essential
- Coffee Knowledge: Excellent coffee service skills
- First Aid/CPR Certificates: (or willing to obtain)
