**The Position**

We are looking for a number of experienced, passionate Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team at** Holiday Inn Express - Southbank**
- Food preparation such as making salads and sandwiches
- Temperature checking
- Maintaining the service area to high standards
- Provision of excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Showcase excellent time management skills

**The Person**
- Previous experience in similar role, environment
- Basic kitchen skills highly regarded
- Knowledge of micros POS system would be beneficial
- Be reliable, well-organised and full of passion for what you do
- Outgoing personality with great communication skills
- Great work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi task
