**Your Role as a Bartender**:
As one of our talented Bartenders, you'll be at the heart of our bar, entertaining and engaging our guests with every pour. From crafting our famous cocktails to serving up cold beers and excellent wines, you'll be the master of creating memorable experiences. There will also be times when you'll step up to serve food and drinks to our guests, ensuring every moment at Fridays is exceptional.

**What You'll Do**:

- Promote our loyalty program to valued customers
- Craft high-quality drinks that you'll be proud to serve
- Maintain impeccable bar etiquette while engaging with guests
- Prepare a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Upsell and suggest our delicious offerings
- Follow our steps of service for top-notch customer experiences
- Interact with guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks with flair
- Assess customers' needs and make thoughtful recommendations
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Keep the bar stocked and replenished with inventory and supplies
- Support the team by running food and drinks, clearing plates, and ensuring a smooth flow of service
- Stay laser-focused on guest satisfaction, creating memorable experiences
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations, ensuring a safe environment
- Get creative and mix up our world-famous cocktails

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum of 2 years in Hospitality
- Experience in both Bar and Restaurant settings
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the industry and a commitment to a sales-driven culture
- RSA certificate for responsible service of alcohol
