AMES Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Education Counsellor. As an Education and Migration Consultancy, we are dedicated to assisting students who aspire to study in Australia. This role will be based at our Sydney office and will require effective communication and coordination with our branches in the Philippines, Egypt, and Jordan.

The company has been assisting international students for 18 years from the Philippines, Egypt, and Jordan. Recently, we have also opened our doors to South America, Thailand, Mongolia, and Nepal.

As we continue to grow and increase our reach, we are looking to hire an Education Counsellor to join our expanding company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized counseling to students regarding study options in Australia.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable courses and institutions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Australian education policies and immigration rules.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions in Australia.
- Conduct informative seminars and workshops for students and parents about studying in Australia.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall student experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in education counseling, preferably in international education consultancy.
- In-depth knowledge of the Australian education system, universities, courses, and visa regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
