**The Company**

**The Position**

The Commodity Merchant will work with the national management team and focus on the procurement and risk management of ingredients and commodity sourcing for our client's national business. You will have oversight for purchasing, selling, pricing and risk management of products within the relevant portfolio and you will work closely with the internal logistics, finance and wider merchandising group to ensure that the company’s trading activities and relationships exceed expectations for new and existing buyers and suppliers.
