Queen Amann Bakery is a vibrant bakery on King Street seeking enthusiastic and reliable Junior Cafe All Rounders to join our front-of-house team. This is a perfect casual position for first year University students looking for flexible mid-week hours in a fast-paced and positive environment

As a Junior All-Rounder, you will be the welcoming face of the bakery, focused on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the daily flow of operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Interaction: Be genuinely friendly and positive, actively engaging with customers and providing accurate information about our pastries, breads, and savoury menu items.
- Service Excellence: Manage the pressure of long customer lines with a smile, ensuring quick and accurate order taking and service delivery.
- Eye for Detail: Maintain a high standard for presentation and display, ensuring all pastries and sandwiches are served beautifully and the retail display looks enticing at all times.
- Operational Duties: Perform daily operational & cleaning duties, including mopping, managing dishes, and cleaning FOH areas.
- Teamwork: Act as a fantastic team player with a consistently positive attitude, supporting Baristas and the management team.
- Movement & Cleaning: Thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires lots of walking, movement, and continuous cleaning duties (e.g cleaning tables, keeping displays tidy, general maintenance).

**Important Details**:

- Shift Length: Shifts will typically vary from 3 to 5 hours per day, with total weekly hours ranging from approximately 3 to 15 hours.
- Location: King Street, Bowen Hills.
- Experience: Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but a great attitude and eagerness to learn are the most important assets
