Prism Superuser Cost Specialist

At GHD, our Delivery Phase Services team are growing rapidly into a leading delivery partner for large-scale Hydrogen, Renewable Energy, Closure and Future Energy Minerals projects.

We are looking for a **PRISM Superuser - Cost Specialist **for our Project Services team.

Reporting to the Project Services Lead, the Prism Super User Cost Specialist will be a key member of team supporting the development and implementation of Prism G2 Cost, Contracts and Engineering Module across a portfolio of GHD major projects.

The projects we work on are significant, multidisciplinary projects that will enable the Delivery Phase Services team to achieve outstanding results for our clients and will offer great flexible working opportunities and is supported by an environment that encourages individual development.

**Some of the Key Responsibilities include**:

- Develop and implement coding structures and library in PRISM G2
- Develop specific Control Accounts for projects using the coding structure, masking, establishing enterprise and project groups.
- Maps estimate line items to budget control accounts, estimate to budget conversion to generate Baseline Budget out of PRISM G2
- Develop linkage with Primavera P6 Activity Codes and mapping to Control Accounts.
- Establishes Month end process flows and cost reports.
- Established Baseline Current and Forecast cashflows including charts and graphics.
- Link contract module commitments to cost modules and assign rules of credit and progress calculation metrics to calculate Cost Performance Index.
- Be the Enterprise Power User for Prism G2 across Portfolio
- Support train and maintain all other users.
- Support development and linkage with Power BI.

**What would you bring to the team?**
- Exposure in EPCM, EPC, Contractor large and major projects environment is beneficial.
- Professional qualifications with familiarity with AACE Guidelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, when collaborating closely with internal and external clients
- 7-10 years involvement in either engineering contracting, consultancy to the mining or minerals, processing, or power industry.
- Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team, including self-motivation and tenacity to make a difference and take pride in one’s work.
- Very high competency in PRISM G2.
- Familiar with Estimating process and previous roles as cost engineering, project controls, planning and scheduling are desirable but not a pre-requisite.
- Power BI knowledge is desirable but not a prerequisite.
