**About the Opportunity**:
We are seeking a Project Procurement Coordinator to be part of our Procurement Hub. You will be responsible for execution of end to-end procurement activities within the AGFMA contact. This includes collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to define procurement needs, supplier engagement, managing and executing sourcing activities in adherence to the procurement processes. This is a permanent fulltime role based in Metro Adelaide.

**Key Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Procurement Planning
- Supplier Engagement
- Preparing RFx Documentation
- Managing RFx process
- Chairing RFx evaluation
- Conducting Negotiations
- Producing Purchase Recommendations
- Establishing Supplier Panels
- RFx Award & Unsuccessful communications
- Providing Feedback to Suppliers
- Producing Purchasing Documentation.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or CIPS Procurement certification (or equivalent work experience).
- Understanding of the Strategic Sourcing procurement Process
- E-Procurement tools / Procurement Software - Familiarity with procurement management systems (i.e., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Etc)
- Negotiation Skills - Effective negotiation skills
- Understanding of financial principles to evaluate proposals.
- 3+ Years experience working in Procurement or Sourcing in a relevant industry (i.e., Facility Management; Building & Construction; Resources; FMCG; Utilities; Government; Manufacturing)
