A long-term Technical Writer job, in a unique Federal Government Agency in Canberra.
**Your new company**
Located on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin, this boutique Federal Government Agency is currently undergoing a major digital transformation project in the attempt to digitise its collections and data. As it enters into the next stage of the project, this Agency is looking to engage a skilled and experiences Technical Writer to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be;
- Developing "user-friendly" documents such as manuals, guides and technical requirements
- Provide quality assurance of documents to ensure continuity within style of content
- Collaborate internally to ensure compliance
- Be accountable for delivering outcomes within agreed upon timeframe
- Work ad-hoc at the direction of management
**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll be an Australian Citizen with;
- Minimum 3 years Tech-Writing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Products including visio
- Demonstrated success developing high-quality documents
- Ability to work under broad direction and ad-hoc
- Exceptional communication skills
