Billing Specialist

**Description**:
We are excited to be growing our team and on the lookout for individuals who want to be part of a high performing Billing Solutions Team. We are looking for people who have an eye for details, enjoy analysing data and recognising trends. Experience in customer service, data entry, bank reconciliations or billing will be of value in this role.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end customer billing process of your own portfolio of communities
- Ensure bills are reviewed and issued by the scheduled date
- Support and respond to customer enquiries
- Liaise with key stakeholders and vendors to ensure data accuracy
- Identify process improvements

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Data entry skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and good time management skills, with ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines, schedules, and commitments
- Ability to adapt to change
- Teamwork and collaboration skills. A ‘Team player’
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (E.g. Word, Excel, Teams)
