**_ The Role_**:

Based in Campbellfield, the Social Media Coordinator/Content Creators main duties is to coordinate and execute all marketing activity relating to RSP’s existing and future social media channels. The Social Media Coordinator will report directly to the Marketing Manager and key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
**Key roles and responsibilities**:

- Content creation for all social media channels.
- Managing and update all social media platforms daily.
- Management of social media calendars.
- Planning and delivery of relevant and timely social channel content to drive brand and product awareness.
- Identify collaboration opportunities to promote the brand via existing and potential partners.
- Analyse and report on all social media channels.
- Drive brand awareness and growth in various existing and new social media platforms.

***_To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following: _**
- Qualifications in marketing, communication, social or digital media
- High degree of computer literacy in (but not restricted to), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva & Hootsuite
- Two years previous social media/content creation experience managing multiple social media sites.
- Creative thinking with a focus on delivering innovative and engaging content.
- Understanding and ability to interpret Google/digital analytics data and metrics to measure campaign performance and provide meaningful insights from multiple data sources.
- Understanding of emerging marketing trends to relevant business opportunities
- Must be independent and highly self-driven
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
