Telha Clarke is seeking a full time Architectural Graduate with 2-5 years industry experience to join our growing and dynamic team. We have a broad range of experience in project typologies and scales, and continue to maintain a strong focus on the residential sector, whether it be high-end luxury homes, hotels or multi-residential communities. Successful applicants will be expected to be involved in the procurement of projects across a range of architectural modes and project stage.
- Masters in Architecture
- Proficient in Archicad, MS Office & Adobe CS
- Familiarity with Australian Standards, National Construction Code and relevant statutory regulations within Victoria
- Excellent documentation skills with a high level of building construction knowledge
- The ability to work across all stages of a project (from feasibility to contract administration) implementing design intent and relevant industry standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for an effective communicator and someone who is comfortable liaising with clients, consultants, building contractors and suppliers.
- Has the ability to work within a team environment
- A dedication to the principles of sustainable design and innovation
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates a flair for design

Salary starting from $58,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
