Hair Salon Receptionist

**Applicant MUST have a minimum of 3 years Hair Salon Reception / management experience. Ability to use Shortcuts booking program is a great advantage.**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Delivering exceptional customer service and being switched on and happy - No day is the same; thinking on your feet and being problem solved focused is a must.
- Coordinating the salon floor to make sure the day runs smoothly
- Ability to handle inbound calls with speed & efficiency
- Taking all client appointments both booking & rebooking
- Educating clients about the exciting services that are available
- Ability to handle inbound calls with speed and efficiency.
- Data entry
- Appointment book management
- A ‘can do’ attitude & able to rise to challenges
- You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a manager / reception role
- A background in hairdressing or Beauty would be beneficial
- Ability to problem solve on the go
- Be able to work salon hours including weekends.
- Competent in PC platforms - experience with Shortcuts software is an advantage
- Previous experience in leading a team
- Confident & committed to doing & giving the very best salon experience to our long-standing clientele.
