Homecare Australia is a leading provider of in-home care services and we are currently seeking experienced and compassionate care workers to join our team. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for our clients by providing exceptional care in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Care Worker with Homecare Australia, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients by:

- Providing personalized in-home care services including assistance with daily living tasks, transportation, and personal hygiene
- Building positive relationships with clients and their families
- Assisting with meal preparation, housekeeping, and other household tasks

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the care industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid police check and working with children check (NSW) or Blue and Yellow Cards (QLD) or Yellow Card and NDIS worker screening Certificate
- A valid and in-date First Aid Certificate
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and comprehensive insurance (if transporting clients)
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $38.08 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Loganholme QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
