**Your new role**

- **Management of Service personnel to achieve efficient Labour and Resource utilisation.**

- **Implement strategies and provide leadership which achieves improvement and growth within the Service Department.**

- **Manage and assist with conflict resolution with customers, reference enquires and invoice.**
***:
- **Manage and maintain the scheduling of preventative maintenance contracts.**
***:
- **Manage and engage in the Warranty process as a key service outcome.**
***:
- **Ensure customer liaison with the Service Department client base is a strong focus.**
***:
- **for the management of quotations for Service provision to customers and Sales department.**
***
**What you'll need to succeed***
- Proven ability to manage and motivate service personnel in a service industry
- Ability to effectively provide a high customer service level
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage labour efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction and commercial return.
- Must have experience in a similar role
- A technical background will be highly regarded
- Be a team player yet also have the discipline to work with mínimal supervision.
