**We are seeking support workers in Ballina.**

**Requirements**:

- Disability support experience OR Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent
- NDIS Online Training Module Certificates.
- COVID-19 Infection Control Certificate.
- First Aid certificate.
- Police Check.
- Driver’s License.
- Own a vehicle with comprehensive car insurance

**Main Tasks**:

- Provide one-on-one support to clients with disabilities in their daily activities, including meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Transporting & accompanying clients to appointments.
- Monitor and document clients' progress, behaviours, and any changes in their needs.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment, following all relevant health and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the broader support team.

**Skills**
- Strong documentation skills.
- Good Computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
