We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Construction Labourers to join our dynamic team. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our renovation projects by performing various physical tasks on-site. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the successful completion of exciting construction projects.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist with the preparation and organization of construction sites, ensuring they are safe and ready for work.

2. Perform general physical tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials and equipment.

3. Operate hand and power tools, under the supervision of skilled workers, to assist in various construction activities.

4. Aid in the demolition of structures, including the removal of debris and hazardous materials, following safety protocols.

5. Help with the installation and assembly of construction components, such as scaffolding, temporary structures, and formwork.

6. Assist tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, by providing necessary materials and tools.

7. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a tidy and organized work environment.

8. Follow all safety guidelines and regulations, maintaining a high standard of safety consciousness at all times.

9. Collaborate with the construction team, to achieve project goals.

10. Demonstrating punctuality and reliability in your work.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.

2. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.

3. Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials is an asset.

6. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a willingness to learn and grow in the construction industry.

7. A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Subcontract, Casual, Freelance, Seasonal, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday (Weekends as well)

Work Authorisation:
Australian Citizen or valid visa with work authorization.
