We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and innovative **Lifestyle Assistant **to join our friendly team in **Maroubra **on a **Part Time** basis 2 days per week on Wednesdays and Fridays.

What does your new role look like?
- Actively encouraging residents to participate in a variety of meaningful activities and assist in their delivery
- Ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction at all times
- Communicating effectively with residents, families and volunteers
- Assisting with care plans and programs
- Continually exploring new opportunities and programs to meet the holistic needs of our residents.
- Ensuring all reporting requirements are efficiently completed

**About you**:
Above all, you will align to our **Values of Bold, Warm and Honest**. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.

Does this sound like you?
- Certification in Lifestyle and Leisure - preferred
- Experience in Aged Care, Community Living or Health Services
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- A person-centred focus and commitment to providing a high level of service
- Proven initiative and the ability to think outside the box when tailoring activities.
- Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's highly regarded
- Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
