Position Details
As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we're now looking for an **IT Infrastructure Delivery Specialist** to join our team in Laverton, Melbourne and provide on-site support that keeps our business connected and moving.

**What you'll be doing**

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for maintaining and troubleshooting our on-site infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

- Installing, configuring and supporting hardware such as access points, switches, servers, storage arrays and end-user devices.
- Working with vendors and internal teams to coordinate upgrades, replacements and repairs.
- Supporting infrastructure projects such as new site deployments or expansions.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and helping ensure compliance with security and operational standards.

**What you'll bring**

We're looking for someone with:

- Strong IT infrastructure or network support experience.
- Practical knowledge of networking, hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed.
- Great communication and customer service skills-you'll be working closely with colleagues across the business.
- Experience in vendor coordination or working in enterprise/multi-site environments (desirable).
- Technical certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA (a bonus, not essential).
