A rare and exciting opportunity has now become available for an experienced Property Manager to join their fully-resourced, top performing property management department led by a seasoned Department Head. Based out of a state-of-the-art office in the Sutherland Shire, this is a dream role for a Property Manager who knows the local market well and loves nurturing relationships to take the reins of a tidy portfolio and add value to this business long-term.

**The Position**

In the role of Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of properties in the local area
- Nurture new and existing landlord relationships
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for the portfolio
- Prepare property condition reports for landlords
- Negotiate leases and conduct rent reviews
- Attend tribunal hearings on behalf of the landlord (as required)

**The Person**
- A solid background in residential property management is essential
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Knowledge of REST, Filesmart, Inspection Manager or Inspect Real Estate an advantage
- Ideally a Sutherland Shire local who knows the market well
- Strong relationship building and conflict resolution ability
- Impeccable attention to detail and first-class communication skills
- Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
