At HubSpot, we believe that our values live in our hearts, not our hallways. We want to create a company where people feel empowered to do their best work, wherever they are. Our ANZ office is located in Sydney's CBD, however, this role is open to remote workers based anywhere in Australia.
**What's the role?**
Our HubSpot People team takes an innovative and flexible approach to HR. We are looking for an exceptional HR Manager to join us as part of our Business Partnerships function in JAPAC. We aren't your traditional People team. We embrace our unique culture and solve for our rapid business growth.
**In the first 30 days,** you'll learn about our culture, employee support, and growth strategy. Through onboarding, you'll dive into our HR approach and how we help managers solve problems while maintaining our core values.
**In the first 60 days,** you'll engage with key stakeholders, participate in team meetings, and build relationships with the Culture, Talent Acquisition, and People teams to drive strategic initiatives.

- Demonstrates an unwavering passion for problem solving and a strong desire to make a significant impact on the businesses you support, enabling them to achieve their strategic goals
- In partnership with the Diversity Inclusion & Belonging team, serve as an advocate, coach, and facilitator for building a diverse and inclusive team
- Enjoy pivoting from problem solving to strategy to strong execution (known to execute brilliantly to get the job done).
- Positively collaborate across peer groups - specifically, individuals within Recruiting, Culture, Learning and Development and Training, to optimise the acquisition, integration, and development of HubSpot talent and achieve company goals.
- Collaborate with global People Business Partners to work on global projects.
