The starting salary for this position is $65,947.88 per annum plus 12% superannuation.

**About you**
- Your knowledge of and demonstrated experience in confidential Human Resource administrative processes and procedures including effective and accurate record keeping.
- Proficiency in using Human Resource information systems and a range of programs including Microsoft Office. This includes but is not limited to data entry, report creation, preparation of advertisements, interview formatting, and employment contracts with a high level of accuracy.
- Your demonstrated capacity to work harmoniously and constructively within a team environment and work collaboratively to develop innovative solutions.
- Your ability to work collaboratively with managers, utilising effective communication and influencing skills (oral and written).
